International friends show respect for Uncle Ho

The delegation expressed their respect to President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Vietnamese people who devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation of the Vietnamese people, tirelessly striving for peace and progress in the world. President Ho Chi Minh was honored by UNESCO as a Hero of National Liberation and an outstanding cultural celebrity.

After that, the delegation visited President Ho Chi Minh's hometown and listened to explanations about his homeland, family, childhood, background, and career.

On the same day, the Indian Ambassador to Vietnam and other delegates attended the inauguration ceremony of the Green Library Construction Project at Sen Village Primary School, Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan District.

The project was funded by the Embassy of India through the Rapid Performance Fund, with a value of USD52,000. Currently, the library has more than 800 books in many kinds.

The construction of the Green Library has shown its practicality and profound humanity, creating favorable conditions for teachers, students, and pupils to study and refer to documents conveniently, contributing to improving the quality of the teaching and learning, in order to bring the Sen Village Primary School to the level II standardization of the Ministry of Education and Training.

At the ceremony, representatives of leaders of Nam Dan District and Sen Village Primary School expressed their gratitude to the Indian Embassy and the Ambassador personally. Through this project, the people of Kim Lien commune, including the younger generation, have more understanding of the affections of the Government and people of India towards Vietnam, contributing to deepening the relationship between Vietnam and India in many fields./.
