The Thai Binh provincial Party Committee has organized a conference to research, study, thoroughly grasp and implement the 2023 theme of studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh on promoting the strength of cultural value and human factors for Thai Binh’s rapid and sustainable development.

The event was attended by 24,000 delegates. They listened to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Quoc Tuan, Director of the Institute of Party Building, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, present a speech about the theme.
Many issues were analyzed and clarified, such as: Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on culture and requirements for building a new culture, about people and requirements for building human resources; and key solutions to promote cultural values and the human factor.
The topic offered 5 key solutions, which emphasize raising the awareness of Party committees and authorities at all levels about the position and role of culture and human resources, and building and promoting cultural values and human resources; building a new system of cultural values and human standards of Thai Binh, and closely and harmoniously connecting traditional values and modern values.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, affirmed that the conference aimed to help cadres, party members and people master the basic content of the 2023 theme, thereby arousing pride in the cultural tradition, civilization and revolutionary history of Thai Binh homeland, and the will and energy of Thai Binh people./.
