Delegation of Foreign Ministry offers incense to Uncle Ho at Kim Lien Special National Relic Site

The activity aimed to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2023).

In a solemn atmosphere, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son and the delegation offered incense to commemorate, express their respect and infinite gratitude for the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted his life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and fighting for the cause of peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people around the world.

As a genius leader and outstanding diplomat who founded modern Vietnamese diplomacy, President Ho Chi Minh directed Vietnam’s diplomacy to overcome many difficulties, contributing to gaining independence, freedom and unification of the country. Uncle Ho also left a unique diplomatic thought for modern Vietnamese diplomacy - Ho Chi Minh's diplomatic thought.

Vietnam's diplomacy is very honored and proud to have President Ho Chi Minh directly assume the position of the first Foreign Minister.

Over the past time, in the context of the complicated situation in the world and the region in general and facing unprecedented difficulties, in 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs made efforts to overcome difficulties, challenges and synchronously implement foreign affairs missions in the fields of bilateral and multilateral diplomacy, economic diplomacy, territorial borders, overseas Vietnamese work, cultural diplomacy, external information and citizen protection, which are highly appreciated by the Party and State leaders.

With infinite gratitude, deep respect and pride for President Ho Chi Minh, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son and members of the delegation vow to forever study and follow Uncle Ho’s noble thought, morality and style; willing to strive for life to follow the Party, serving the revolution, serving the people, determined to build a clean, comprehensive, professional and modern diplomacy for the cause of national construction and development and protection./.
