Students and teachers of schools support compatriots in the northern provinces

Mr. Thai Quoc Hoan, Head of the Duc Trong Department of Education and Training, has strengthened the direction and effective implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo in conjunction with Directive 34-CT/TU dated April 20, 2024 of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee on promoting the sense of responsibility, dynamism, creativity, daring to think, daring to do for the common interests of the contingent of cadres and party members, determining to successfully complete the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

Accordingly, the Party Cell of the district Education and Training Department has proposed many specific, practical solutions, suitable to the goals and political tasks of the sector in implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo, Directive No. 34 of the provincial Party Committee. It actively built news, articles, pages, and popularization sections throughout the sector; launched emulation movements to teach well and learn well and organize experiential activities and integrate them into subjects.

At the same time, the department has directed the entire sector to proactively research and concretize the contents of Directive 34, especially the motto of “three things to do”, “four things to avoid” associated with Circular 06/2019/TT-BGDDT dated April 12, 2019 of the Ministry of Education and Training stipulating the Code of Conduct in preschools, general education institutions, and continuing education institutions into internal rules, regulations, working regulations, rewards, office culture and ethical standards of managers.

Every year, the Party cell conducts inspections over the implementation of Party members' duties, internal rules, working regulations, sense of responsibility and professional ethics. 100% of Party members in the Party cell comply with the Party Charter, complete and excellently complete assigned tasks.

Party members in the Party cell actively study to improve their political theory and professional qualifications to meet the requirements of the industry’s general tasks. The Party cell and the leaders of the Department of Education and Training pay attention to and seriously implement the work of thrift and anti-waste; strictly implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, focus on inspection and supervision of the implementation of Directive 05 in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Party Central Committee (term XII, XIII) on Party building and rectification./.
