Since 2014, Mr. Hop has taken on the responsibility of Secretary of the Thai Son Tay Party Cell. In this position, he has always been a pioneer in all work, an example in implementing the policies and guidelines of the Party and State. He has worked with the Party Committee and Party Cell to develop specific work plans and programs, close to the actual situation of the village and closely following the direction of the Commune Party Committee.

One of the outstanding successes of Mr. Hop and the villagers is the construction of the infrastructure system. Thanks to his active advocacy, the people in the village have unanimously contributed funds and working days to build a security camera system, installed in key locations, contributing to ensuring security and order for the village. Since 2022, Mr. Hop and the Party Cell have mobilized the people to participate in completing nearly 2 km of rural concrete roads with a total cost of nearly 500 million VND. In particular, Mr. Hop is also very interested in building cultural life. He mobilized people to renovate the campus of the village cultural house, creating a healthy cultural living space for the people.

Mr. Hop always listens to everyone’s opinions and promptly resolves difficulties and problems. He and the Party Cell always unite and strive to effectively carry out the tasks and goals of socio-economic development in the area. 100% of the Party members in the Party Cell are committed to cultivating, practicing, studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, not degenerating in political ideology and morality, actively participating in building a clean and strong Party Cell.

Mr. Le Hong Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dai Phu Commune commented that Hop is always exemplary and has made many efforts in leading and directing the building of a clean and strong Party Cell, well performing the tasks of socio-economic development in the village. During his work, comrade Hop always promotes the study and following of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; well organized regular Party cell meetings according to the Party Charter and paid attention to training the awareness, ethics, lifestyle, and sense of responsibility of Party members in the Party cell.

With his positive contributions, Mr. Hop was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Standing Board of the District Party Committee for excellent completion of tasks in 2020 - 2024. This is a worthy reward for a dedicated cadre who is devoted to the people./.
