Nam Cao Secondary School's Party Cell currently has 30 Party members, accounting for over 81% of the total number of cadres, teachers and staff. The party cell always seriously deploys annual topics of studying and following Uncle Ho’s example to all cadres, teachers and students.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, the Party Cell’s Secretary, Principal of Nam Cao Secondary School said that aiming to implement Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle, based on the annual study theme, each cadre and party member has voluntarily registered the content of following Uncle Ho in accordance with the assigned tasks, voluntarily cultivated morality and clearly demonstrated a sense of responsibility, love for the profession, awareness of studying to improve professional qualifications.

In particular, each cadre and party member, especially the heads of Party committees, units, and organizations, always promote their exemplary role and sense of responsibility in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; contributing to raising the sense of responsibility of each individual in teaching, learning and training, creating clear change in the quality of comprehensive education.

In addition, the Party Cell and the school’s Board of Directors regularly direct the integration of the content of studying and following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and style into the weekly meetings, regular professional activities and special topics.

Thanks to the synchronous implementation of solutions, the awareness and actions of cadres, teachers and students have had positive changes. In the 2023-2024 school year, Nam Cao Secondary School has 12 district- and provincial-level initiatives; is the leading unit in implementing campaigns and emulation movements launched by the industry; 100% of students are classified as having good conduct; the quality of mass education and the quality of students taking the 10th grade entrance exam ranked first in the district and second in the province.

Along with that, the school ranked first in the district-level cultural competition for excellent students with 257 prizes; had 60 provincial-level cultural competition prizes for excellent students in grade 9 and 39 students won high prizes in the national Violympic and English competitions on the Internet./.
