The delegates expressed their profound gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh’s immense contributions, as he dedicated and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and peace and happiness for the Vietnamese people and humanity worldwide.

Carrying forward his sacred teachings and legacy, under the leadership of the Party and State, the Vietnamese people have united and worked tirelessly in recent years, achieving significant victories and contributing to building a more prosperous and beautiful nation, as President Ho Chi Minh always envisioned.
