Attending the Ceremony were comrade Nguyen The Thach, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Ngoc Lam Ward Party Committee; comrades in the Ward Party Committee and 135 typical delegates attending the Congress.

Ngoc Lam Ward Party Committee, Long Bien District has 23 affiliated Party cells, with 1,304 Party members. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of Ngoc Lam ward have always maintained solidarity and unity; promoted democracy and intelligence; made efforts to overcome many challenges and achieved important achievements in many fields.

With those results and achievements, the Party Committee of Ngoc Lam ward has always fulfilled its tasks well; the Party cells have fulfilled their tasks well and excellently. In 2021, the people and cadres of Ngoc Lam ward received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister. In 2022, the Hanoi People's Committee awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective.

Before his spirit, the delegation vowed to cultivate, study and follow the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh for the rest of their lives; to join hands and be determined to build Ngoc Lam Ward to develop sustainably, civilizedly and happily./.
