Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed provincial-level departments, sectors and People's Committees of districts and cities to raise people’s awareness of the role, effects, and value of forests, and the significance of tree planting and afforestation.

People's Committees of districts and city proactively coordinate with relevant departments and sectors to plant trees in protective forests, newly plant production forests, and plant trees in both urban and rural areas, creating a landscape environment, contributing to building a new green, clean, and beautiful countryside; making a tree planting and afforestation plan associated with the implementation of forestry development targets and tasks in 2025 according to the Sustainable Forestry Development Program for the 2021 – 2025 period.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested to strengthen forest management and protection; preserving, maintaining and conserving nature, biodiversity, cultural, historical and environmental values in the system of special-use and protective forests; especially protecting and conserving endangered, precious, rare and endemic species of flora and fauna at risk of extinction./.
