Comrade Do Tuan Dat, Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Organization Committee of Song Ma District Party Committee said that implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle, the Party Committee has focused on building the working style of cadres and party members following the example of Uncle Ho.
The Party Cell has six party members but takes on many tasks; therefore, each cadre and party member creates a scientific working style, arranges time to solve work reasonably, ensuring quality, on time and efficiency. Take the results of studying and following Uncle Ho as the criteria for evaluating and classifying party members at the end of the year.
The Party cell also directed the District Party Committee's Organization Board to proactively advise the Standing Committee of District Party Committee to issue a resolution to lead the implementation of the Project "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations in commune and town party committees associated with consolidating the grassroots political system".
The highlight is the creating sources and admitting new party members. Since the beginning of the term, the whole district has admitted 2,067 party members, reaching 258.4% of the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. To date, 100% of villages, residential groups, agencies, units, schools, and medical stations have party members and party cells.
Currently, cadres at all levels in the district basically meet the quality requirements; The proportion of young people and women participating in district and commune-level Party Committees has increased compared to the previous term. The whole district has 2,543 leaders, managers, civil servants and public employees at the district level.
Studying and following Uncle Ho has become a regular activity of cadres and party members of the Party Committee of the Organization Board of the Song Ma District Party Committee. In 2023, the Party Cell was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style./.
