In the past 3 years, the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee has focused on leading, directing and organizing the effective implementation of Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the Politburo and the full-term topic of the 13th Party Congress.

Over the past 3 years, the Party committees at all levels in the province have stepped up dissemination work to raise awareness of responsibilities of officials, Party members and people, creating unity in the implementation process, making learning and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style become a personal and regular need, contributing to promoting internal strength to overcome difficulties, and successfully implement Party resolutions.

Many advanced examples have appeared in all fields of work, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, firmly maintaining national defense and security; promoting the fine traditions and cultural identities of the groups in the province.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee awarded 5 A prizes, 12 B prizes, 12 C prizes and 23 consolation prizes to the authors and co-authors who won prizes in the fields of literature, art, journalism and publishing; awarded certificates to 3 collectives and 4 individuals with excellent achievements in promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the topic "Study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style" in the period 2021-2023 (phase I). The second phase for the period 2023-2025 was also carried out.

On this occasion, 3 collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Prime Minister; and 31 collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairperson of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style./.
