The launching ceremony of the tree planting festival in gratitude to Uncle Ho and scattered tree planting in 2023 will be simultaneously organized by Dak Nong on May 19, from the provincial to district and communal levels.

On the occasion of Uncle Ho's birthday (May 19), the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee plans to organize activities of afforestation and scattered tree planting; and take care of and protect trees in 2023.
Accordingly, the whole province will plant about 163,600 trees of different kinds, including 1,100 trees in Cu Jut district; 14,000 trees in Dak Mil; 95,500 trees in Krong No; 5,000 trees in Dak Song; 2,000 trees in Gia Nghia; 3,000 trees in Dak R'lap; 30,000 trees in Dak Glong and 13,000 trees in Tuy Duc.
The launching ceremony at the provincial level will be held at 7 o'clock on May 19, at the area of N'Trang Long monument, Nghia Duc ward (Gia Nghia)./.
