On June 11, the Da Nang City Confederation of Labor held a meeting to praise and reward collectives and individuals with advanced examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style during the 2021-2023 period.

In 2021, 2022 and the first 5 months of 2023, trade unions at all levels have mobilized 100% of union members, workers and employees to develop plans to learn and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.
They also committed to being responsible for setting an example, cultivating, training, and implementing ethical standards and standards in association with assigned functions and tasks. It serves as a basis for annual evaluation and classification of party members and civil servants.
The trade unions have promoted patriotic emulation movements with the goal of productivity, quality, efficiency, occupational safety and health, focusing on the movements "Good labor, creative labor", "green-clean-beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health", and the movement "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in trade union activities".
Through the movements, there have been 2,417 topics, experience initiatives, and work improvement initiatives recognized by all levels to bring about efficiency in labor, applied in practice, with the value of billions of VND.
Recognizing the achievements, at the conference, the Organizing Committee commended and rewarded 39 collectives and 82 individuals who are outstanding examples in the 2021-2023 period.
These examples have had many effective models in the unit, such as developing savings box at the canteen to raise funds for gifts to highland children; collecting plastic waste in the company to create a fund for support of difficult workers; studying application software to have innovative ideas at work; and building friendly schools..
The program also contributes to raising the awareness and responsibility of trade unions at all levels in leadership, direction and implementation of learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in association with effectively achieving political and professional goals and tasks, contributing to Party building and building a clean and strong political system./.
