The ceremony was held at the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the week. From the beginning of 2023 up to now, there have been 35 comrades from the advisory agencies of the HCMC Party Committee telling stories under the flag. In order to promptly encourage and reward individuals and create an exciting atmosphere in promoting and disseminating results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the HCMC Party Committee honoured seven outstanding individuals, including one A, two B and four C awards.

Through the rewards, it creates a strong change in the sense of training of cadres and party members working at advisory and assisting agencies for the HCMC Party Committee. On the other hand, it contributes to preventing and repelling deterioration in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, corruption, wastefulness and social evils, contributing to building a clean and strong Party in terms of politics and ideology, organization and ethics; building a contingent of cadres who are capable, qualified, successfully implementing the resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the resolution of the 11th HCMC Party Congress./.
