On June 5, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc in the Ho Chi Minh City, in collaboration with the Journal of Political Theory - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, organized a discussion on research of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on morality and Party building in the renewal process.

The event took place on the occasion of the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19), 113 years since Uncle Ho left to find a way to save the country (June 5), and 55 years of implementing his will (1969 - 2024).
Speaking at the discussion, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc in Ho Chi Minh City Vo Van Yen emphasized the importance of morality in Party building, considering this to be the source of the Party's strength. He affirmed that the most effective solution is to promote research, studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s revolutionary ideology and morality.
He also emphasized that the discussion aims to evaluate, apply and creatively develop Ho Chi Minh's ideology on morality and Party building in the reform period, while focusing on researching general theoretical issues and practice of morality and Party building.
During the discussion, Dr. Bui Thi Ngoc Trang, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Cadres Academy emphasized that building the morality of the Party according to Ho Chi Minh's thought is an important content in the work of building and rectifying the Party; and made recommendations such as continuing to teach and disseminate Ho Chi Minh's ideology on revolutionary morality, organizing research conferences, and regularly and thoroughly cultivating and practicing revolutionary morality.
Mr. Cao Van Duc, Head of the Central Agencies Bloc Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education, highlighted the role of ideological and political education and traditional education in the work of building the Party on morality.
Concluding the discussion, Secretary of the Central Agencies Bloc Party Committee in Ho Chi Minh City Le Thi Hong Nga highly appreciated the articles and speeches, affirming the importance of building the Party ethically on the foundation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology. She called for strengthening and focusing on the work of building a clean and strong Party, considering this an urgent and essential task./.
