On May 22, the Scientific Council of Le Hong Phong Officer Training School, Hanoi, organized a scientific seminar "President Ho Chi Minh's Will - Application and implementation at Le Hong Phong Officer Training School, Hanoi City” to mark the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19).

Dr. Vu Loc An, Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the Scientific Council of the School, affirmed that President Ho Chi Minh's Will is his extremely important instructions for the revolution cause of the Party and nation, containing universal values and covering all aspects of social life. It is also a profound and comprehensive summary of the experience, the process of revolutionary leadership, the experiences and future development direction of the nation. It also shows the life of the leader and hero of liberation of Vietnamese people, outstanding cultural celebrity Ho Chi Minh.
The presentations and discussions focused on analyzing the circumstances of the creation of the will; the main content of the will; and the theoretical and practical value of the will.
Concluding the seminar, Assc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Anh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal and Chairman of the School's Academic Council affirmed that the Will is a plan, an action program of the entire Party, the entire army, and all Vietnamese people about the cause of building the country after the war with instructions on all aspects, with profound practical significance. At the same time, the will outlines and guides important issues of the current innovation cause.
According to Assc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Anh, today, President Ho Chi Minh's will continues to light the way and encourage the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people to bring the whole country into a new era, a period of promoting national industrialization, modernization and international integration, contributing to realizing the aspiration of making Vietnam a powerful country as President Ho Chi Minh expected./.
