Offering incense and paying homage to President Ho Chi Minh at the Cat Tuong memorial areas, the delegation showed respect and infinite gratitude to the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the Vietnamese Party, people, and outstanding revolutionary activist of the international communist and workers' movement, who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, struggling for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people.

During his lifetime, he always paid deep affection and attention to the people's public security forces, and inspection and supervision work. Studying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the inspection staff of the provincial public security forces expressed their deep gratitude, vowing to unite to successfully complete the assigned task.

They pledged to constantly practice revolutionary moral qualities, actively study to improve their qualifications, and meet working requirements in the current situation.

On this occasion, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Captain Nguyen Tuan Minh, a public security officer of Dao Ly Commune, Ly Nhan District, who died on duty. They also visited officers and former officers of the Provincial Public Security who have had accidents and receiving active treatment, as well as those in difficult circumstances./.
