The second part displays documentary photos and colored photos about Uncle Ho at Viet Bac ATK and Thai Nguyen; the visit of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party Central Committee and the Government to ATK Dinh Hoa to lead the resistance war against the French colonialists; and the important milestone of President Ho Chi Minh with the historic decision to join the Politburo to open the Dien Bien Phu Campaign in 1954; and Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet’s ribbon cutting to inaugurate Dinh Hoa ATK Museum.
