Foreign Minister pays tribute to President Ho Chi Minh on National Day

The delegation included Deputy Foreign Ministers Ha Kim Ngoc, Le Thi Thu Hang, Do Hung Viet; Assistant Ministers and heads of Departments within the Ministry.

On September 2, 1945, at Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Then, the delegation paid tribute to the Heroes and Martyrs, who spared no blood, courageously fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, independence, and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
