At the ceremony, Le Van Thu, Secretary of Party Cell 38, Quarter 10, Ward 13, said that in recent years, studying and following Uncle Ho has become a regular job among officials, Party members and local people, with specific and practical works in improving the effectiveness of movements, campaigns, and the work of taking care of the people's spiritual and material well-being. “The building of Ho Chi Minh cultural space is to disseminate the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, to express the affection and gratitude of the Party Committee and local people to Uncle Ho, and is a place to transmit Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style to cadres, Party members, members and the people,” he added.
Ho Chi Minh cultural space in Quarter 10, Ward 13 was built with 12 panels with familiar images of Uncle Ho and his sayings and teachings. This area is where every day people organize exercise and sports activities and is a place where cultural and social events regularly take place.
On behalf of local leaders, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ward 13 Nguyen Thi Dung highly appreciated the cooperation and contributions of officials, Party members and people of Quarter 10 to launch the Ho Chi Minh cultural space. She also wanted the quarter to further strengthen the dissemination of studying and following Uncle Ho to the people, thereby contributing to building and consolidating cultural values, and improving the effectiveness of local movements./.
