At the solemn and emotional ceremony, the delegates listened to President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation.

To show the determination of the whole culture, sports and tourism industry in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tra Vinh province Duong Hoang Sum, representing 330 typical advanced delegates, was honored to report work to Uncle Ho.

Deeply aware of the task of building and developing Vietnamese culture and people at the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and the directing speech of Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Cultural Conference in November 2021, the whole industry has made efforts to create breakthroughs, bold and comprehensive imprints in most fields, gradually meeting the beliefs and expectations of the Party, State and people.

The whole industry has focused on renewing thinking, removing policy barriers, enhancing self-planning, and building a specific mechanism with a number of cultural activities to unleash creativity, exploit cultural resources and encourage the active participation of society, creating motivation to promote endogenous strength for economic and social development.

Vietnamese sports has continued to set historical milestones. From the success of the 31st SEA Games to the 32nd SEA Games, it has made an important contribution to enhancing the image and position of the country and people of Vietnam in the region and internationally. The national women's football team qualified for the first time to the 2023 World Cup Finals.

The movement "All people exercise their health following the great Uncle Ho's example" developed strongly. Exercise and sports have gradually become daily habits.

Tourism has gradually opened up, accelerated strongly and made positive contributions to the country's economic and social recovery and development after the COVID-19 pandemic. Vietnam's tourism development capacity index has increased rapidly in recent years, placing it among the three countries with the highest improvement in the world./.
