The congress was an important political event, demonstrating the will, aspiration, responsibility and enthusiasm of the youth of the whole army in the cause of construction of the Vietnamese people's army. It has an important meaning in order to continue to grasp and implement the guidelines and lines of the Party, policies and laws of the State on youth affairs, especially the resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and other Party Congress's resolutions, marking a new development step of the Youth Union and the Army youth movement.
On the same day, Party General Secretary and Secretary of the Central Military Commission Nguyen Phu Trong also met 80 outstanding delegates representing 450 delegates attending the 10th Congress of the Military Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure.
