More than 150 photos, documents, books and objects related to President Ho Chi Minh are on display at an exhibition entitled “President Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi” celebrate the 35th anniversary of a UNESCO resolution honouring President Ho Chi Minh and the 68th anniversary of the liberation of Hanoi.

The exhibition is divided into two sections, including President Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, and memorials and monuments to President Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam and around the world.
Stories, pictures, articles, speeches and deep sentiments of President Ho Chi Minh towards to the capital city are introduced in the first section.
Within the display, there are photos, objects and documents related to the house at 48 Hang Ngang Street, where President Ho Chi Minh penned the Declaration of Independence, and the house of Mr Nguyen Van Duong in Ha Dong District, where President Ho Chi Minh wrote the appeal to the nation for resistance against French aggression.
Photos of memorials to President Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam and 22 countries around the world such as Russia, France, Cuba, India, China, Laos and Thailand are displayed at the second section.
Each item on display will help visitors gain a better understanding of President Ho Chi Minh’s sentiments for Hanoi.
The exhibition will run until October 13./.
