The Standing Committee of the Bac Kan provincial Communist Youth Union has organized a program to honor advanced youth following Uncle Ho’s teachings for the 2017-2022 period.
As many as 16 outstanding groups and 23 individuals were honored at the event.
The event is among activities in the framework of the 11th Bac Kan Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress for the 2017-2022 period.

In his speech at the event, Mr. Nguyen Dang Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Bac Kan Party Committee, and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, expected that local youth union members would promote the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, continue to strive, cultivate and practice according to Uncle Ho’s teachings.
