With its rich history, cultural tradition, and revolutionary legacy, Bac Ninh is honored to be among the localities President Ho Chi Minh visited the most frequently, with 18 visits during his lifetime. His image and teachings have continually inspired and motivated the province's officials, Party members, and people to overcome challenges and strive for progress at every stage of development.

The construction of President Ho Chi Minh Temple in Bac Ninh City holds significant importance. It serves not only as a sacred site to express the deep gratitude and respect of Bac Ninh's people for their beloved leader but also as an educational venue to instill patriotism and revolutionary traditions in younger generations. It aims to inspire pride and foster a strong motivation for Bac Ninh's residents to learn, work, and contribute to the province's continued prosperity and cultural richness.

The Van Mieu Park project covers an area of 4.7 hectares, including President Ho Chi Minh Temple, designed as a two-story, eight-roof structure with traditional wooden architecture and a total area of 182 square meters. The temple courtyard is set on a lotus pond spanning 1,100 square meters.

The plaza space will connect the urban landscape and link President Ho Chi Minh Temple with the Memorial Monument for Heroes and Martyrs. The "Solidarity Courtyard" will commemorate President Ho Chi Minh’s visit to Bac Ninh in 1976.

The project aligns with the province's master plan and has received strong public support. Bac Ninh Province and Bac Ninh City are mobilizing resources to complete the project by 2025.

Upon completion, President Ho Chi Minh Temple and Van Mieu Park will form a unified complex connecting Bac Ninh’s Van Mieu, the temple, the heroes and martyrs memorial, and a historical relief mural reflecting Bac Ninh-Kinh Bac's cultural heritage.

This project will significantly contribute to urban infrastructure development, enhance green spaces, and serve as a venue for traditional education, important political events, and cultural activities. It will preserve and promote Bac Ninh's cultural heritage while fostering socio-economic development./.
