The program is carried out by the Ho Chi Minh City Young Pioneers’ Association in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Children's House, with the participation of district and Thu Duc City children's houses.

During the program, the Organizing Committee also created an environment for children to interact with musician Truong Quang Luc - a musician who composed many songs on Uncle Ho with children, musician Chau Minh Tam, and many other singers and musicians.
