For many years, the district Department of Education and Training has actively sponsored disadvantaged students, orphans, those who face educational dropouts and those with low academic results. Nearly 900 teachers have sponsored 959 students to excel in learning. They have earmarked their salaries and urged organizations and individuals to provide more than VND178 million to help them buy clothes, books and school supplies, assisting them to overcome difficulties for study.

Over the past 2 years, the district public security has collected VND84 million to care for Vietnam heroic mothers, and supported disadvantaged women repairing their houses.

Meanwhile, the district military high command has encouraged their cadres and soldiers to collect VND115 million and over 200 working days to build houses for beneficiaries and present cows to poor families. 

Some local Party organizations have successfully encouraged people to join hands in building new style rural areas. Accordingly, local residents have donated land, crops and over 560 working days to build roads, or develop the lighting system for over 4.5 kilometres of rural alleys.

According to Head of the district Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education Nguyen Tung Son, synchronous and good models have been expanded in the district by facilitating the studying and following of Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and style./.
