To mark President Ho Chi Minh's 130th birthday, the Party Central Committee has urged Party organizations and the political system to increase dissemination of the great President's life, revolutionary, ideology and morality.

Accordingly, the dissemination will focus on honouring his great contributions to the Vietnamese revolutionary cause, and the international communist and workers movements, thus affirming the everlasting vitality of Ho Chi Minh's thought.
The dissemination also aims at analyzing and clarifying the application and creative development of Ho Chi Minh’s thought in the renewal process, national industrialization and modernization and international integration. At the same time, the dissemination content is directed at fighting, rejecting wrong and distorted information, allegations, viewpoints on the identity and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as those that negate the great value of Ho Chi Minh’s thought.
Under the instruction, effective models in every area of social life and outstanding followers of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style will be honoured and expanded.
In addition, the dissemination aims to highlight the atmosphere of excitement and belief in the leadership of the Party and the Vietnamese revolutionary path, the patriotic emulation movement of the people.
The dissemination is also strongly directed to foster people's confidence in the Party; promote patriotic emulation movements, showing the determination to successfully implement the 12th Party Congress resolution and successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress./.
