Under a plan dated February 18th, the Party Central Committee (PCC) Commission on Popularization and Education has urged relevant agencies to disseminate the information about the Party Congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress, creating unity in the awareness, political ideology and action within the Party, and consensus in society.
Accordingly, the dissemination must ensure the direction of Party organizations, in order to create happiness and confidence in the success of the Congress; protect the Party ideology; prevent, and promptly and effectively struggle against wrong, hostile and distorted viewpoints which aim to destroy the Party, State and the regime.
The dissemination focuses on Marxsim – Leninism and President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology; 90 years of the Party leadership; and the achievements and experiences in the application and development of Marxsim – Leninism and President Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam.
The significance, importance, targets and tasks of the Party Congresses; the draft documents; and the contributions to the draft documents, are also part of the dissemination.
Besides, the country will increase dissemination in localities’ achievements, especially important activities and the results of the Party Congresses./.
