On the occasion of the 5th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Deloitte Vietnam Company Limited for the 2017 – 2022 tenure, the youth union of the company reported to Uncle Ho the achievements they gained during the 2013 – 2016 tunure at Ba Dinh Square in early July.

Over the past 26 years since its establishment and during the 2013-2016 tenure, Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd. has always maintained its brand prestige as part of the Big 4 in the audit sector. The business results of these fiscal years have exceeded the planned targets.
The youth union has made a great contribution to the success of the company and has always been the leading flag in many activities.
The youth union has usually organized sports activities for youth union members. In addition, the spiritual life of the youth union members is also of great interest. Every year, special art and cultural programs are organized to mark the birthday of the company, Vietnamese Women's Day, year end party and “I Wish” program to listen to the voices of each member of the company, as well as many other meaningful programs.
Moreover, the youth union members have always actively participated in major humanitarian activities such as "Run for the Heart 2015", "Cleaning Hanoi's Lakes 2016", "Golden heart - Donation Box" to build schools, support books for pupils in Dien Bien province during 2013 - 2015, teaching English for children in Sa Pa town, programs towards the Central region and support flood victims in 2016, and activities towards the homeland’s sea and islands.
During the 2013 – 2016 tenure, the youth union admitted 90 new members and was always interested in promoting skills and professional training for all staff of the company to promote human resources development of the company.
In 2016, the youth union was given the Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee.
On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Do Trung Kien, Secretary of the Youth Union, promised that they would always remember Uncle Ho’s teachings, constantly studying and cultivating revolutionary virtue and to be determined to build strong Deloitte Vietnam, actively integrate, develop and build the transparent and strong youth union during the next tenure.
At the end of the ceremony, the delegation respectfully offered flowers and visited President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum./.
