He made the statement on April 4 during a meeting by the Provincial Public Security Party Committee to review three years since the implementation of the Politburo’s conclusion on continuing to realize the Directive on studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.
Over the past three years, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Provincial Public Security Party Committee has become a permanent consciousness in Party organizations, Party cadres and Party members, contributing to building stronger agency.
Thanks to the close combination of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee has achieved many outstanding results, including proactively doing well in consulting with the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee strengthen leadership and direction of police work, promptly solving urgent tasks that arise regarding security and order; absolutely ensuring security and safety of the Party's 13th National Congress and the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.
It has also effectively implemented peak campaigns to prevent and fight crime, reduce crimes on social order. The rate of investigation and discovery of cases reached 95%. Many criminal and drug-related projects and cases were dealt with, receiving praise and rewards from Party committees and authorities at all levels. The implementation of the national database on population, prevention and fighting against crime and violations of laws on management and use of weapons, explosives, support tools and artillery achieved good results, ranking top in the country.
With recent efforts and achievements, nine collectives and seven individuals received second and third class victory medals from the State President; 1,271 collectives and 3,021 individuals were rewarded at all levels./.
