The five works of visual art with the theme of President Ho Chi Minh received nods of the appraisal council to be purchased to serve the display and research of the Ho Chi Minh Museum in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.

The information was revealed by the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Thua Thien Hue in a conference held on December 28.
Accordingly, the five fine art works with materials such as lacquer, oil paint, and acrylic were considered by the council, including: “Ho Chi Minh - Dien Bien Phu” (Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thanh Binh), “Season winter of that year” (artist Nguyen Thi Hai Hoa), “I dream of meeting Uncle Ho and ”Faith of the nation” (artist Le Phan Quoc), “Welcoming Uncle Ho to visit Kim Dong orphanage in 1957” (artist Nguyen Van Nguyen).
These works were evaluated for good quality in terms of expertise, design, technique, and rich materials. In general, they meets the requirements of expressing the ideological theme and their price is reasonable.
According to a representative of the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Thua Thien Hue, after review and appraisal, the council voted and agreed to buy these 5 works. According to the process, they are in the process of completing the appraisal documents and are being submitted to the provincial People’s Committee for approval./.
