Recently, the Youth Union Pioneer Organization’s Council at all levels throughout the province have focused on deploying and effectively implementing the movement emulating and following Uncle Ho’s five teachings in the 2018 – 2022 period, continuing to launch and realize the movement emulating and following Uncle Ho’s teachings in the 2023-2027 period.

Accordingly, each school year, the Youth Union Pioneer Organization and its members and children focus on prominently implementing a content in Uncle Ho’s teachings associated with the school year’s theme.

Mr. Dinh Trung Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Binh Youth Union and Chairman of the provincial Youth Union Pioneer Organization’s Council, wishes all levels of Youth Union, association, organization, members and children throughout the province to promote the spirit and responsibility to unite to implement the movement of emulating and following Uncle Ho’s five teachings specifically and effectively.

On this occasion, the Quang Binh Youth Union Pioneer Organization’s Council awarded 25 scholarships to children in difficult circumstances and children with outstanding achievements in team work.

It also coordinated with Youth Vanguard and Children Newspaper to donate more than 1,000 publications to federations, worth nearly 30 million VND./.
