Born into a family with a rich artistic tradition, with his grandfather being Outstanding Teacher Ta Tan (real name Ta Duy Thai), and his parents being actors in the General Political Department's Art Troupe (now the Army Music and Dance Theater), Ta Duy Tuan was taught the first notes of music by his grandfather and parents from a young age, awakening his passion for art.

Under the guidance of his father, Ta Duy Tuan embarked on a professional artistic path. After graduating from the Army University of Culture and Arts, he joined the Army Music and Dance Theater, continuing to promote his family's artistic tradition and contributing to the country's art scene.
As a musician who grew up in the Army, Ta Duy Tuan devoted much of his passion and emotion to musical genres, including songs. The theme of the Party, Uncle Ho, and the soldier is something he pays special attention to with the hope that through his musical works, he will spread the noble values of the glorious Party, the great Uncle Ho, and the heroic Army to the public.
From his special feelings, he has composed many outstanding works about the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the army.
Not only creating outstanding musical works, Lieutenant Colonel and musician Ta Duy Tuan also actively participates in art programs serving officers, soldiers and the public. He is famous for his role as a producer, arranger for many major programs, many musical products of artists, as well as reaping many awards.
Recently, at the 2024 National Music and Dance Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Vinh Phuc, the Army Music and Dance Theater won the Gold Medal for the Art Program "The Road from the Heart", in which Lieutenant Colonel and musician Ta Duy Tuan was the Music Director.
As an artist and soldier, Lieutenant Colonel and musician Ta Duy Tuan has constantly contributed, spreading music to all parts of the country, instilling passion and responsibility in the young generation, contributing to enriching Vietnamese music and lighting the flame of patriotism in everyone's heart./.
