After 5 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, Long An province has seen many good models and effective ways.

A typical example is the model of "Skillful mass mobilization" in the economic sector of Duc Hue District. Through this model, the district has built many clubs, cooperatives and cooperative groups in the fields of animal husbandry and cultivation, contributing to economic development and building a new countryside in the locality. The whole district currently has 36 economic groups cooperating on raising cows, chickens and fish; growing lemon, vegetables, sweet potato and producing rice according to VietGAP standards. At the same time, the district established 8 cooperatives on cow raising with high technology application, fragrant rice production, medicinal plants cultivation, agricultural services, and lemon production. New production models have improved product quality, and have more stable output and increased profits.
Through the movement of building new-style rural areas, members of Farmers' Unions at all levels in the province have contributed more than VND7 trillion, nearly 120,000 working days to build and repair nearly 900 bridges, more than 3,300 traffic works, canals, ditches, in-field irrigation with a length of nearly 4,000 kilometers, about 500 works to pull electricity for lighting and 570 works of clean water.
Besides, Long An also has many other effective models to donate land for rural roads; charity activities, social security; building green, clean, beautiful and civilized roads; and social charity work of organizations, individuals, monks, nuns and Buddhists.
In the coming time, Long An will continue to implement Directive 05-CT/TW to develop a prosperous and happy country, promoting popularization and expansion of good models and effective ways of studying and following Uncle Ho, creating a deep and wide spread in society; focusing on correcting and overcoming shortcomings and limitations in leadership and implementation.
Along with that, the Long An Provincial Party Committee requested Party organizations, authorities, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, officials, Party members and people of all classes to raise their awareness and sense of responsibility and practice, putting President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style into a solid foundation in social life, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, building a clean and strong Party and political system./.
