The topic "Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style on will of self-reliance, and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country" has recently been disseminated by leaders of the Yen Bai Provincial Agencies and Businesses Bloc Party Committees to their members.

The dissemination was carried out during the open meeting of the Executive Boards of the Provincial Agencies and Businesses Bloc Party Committees, term 2017-2022.
The meeting also reviewed work during the first 9 months of 2021, affirming that Youth Union work and youth movements had had many innovations and creations, promoting the strengths of each emulation cluster. The whole bloc has built over 40 projects and youth work, attracting more than 1,000 youth union members. During the complex development of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Provincial Agencies and Businesses Bloc Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union members actively collaborated with agencies and units to support COVID-19 pandemic prevention, including disseminating face masks, antiseptic solutions and essential necessities worth VND40 million. They also allocated 100 welfare gift bags to people in provinces affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, besides activities to present gifts to disadvantaged pupils.
During the meeting, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Blocs rewarded 6 emulation clusters and 6 typical individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in 2021./.
