The Party Committee of the Department of Telecommunications and Ciphers under the Ministry of Public Security has held a conference to study and thoroughly grasp the special subject of the whole term of the 13th National Party Congress.
Under the theme of studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh about self-reliant will and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country, the conference aimed to strictly implement Instruction 16 dated July 27, 2021 of the Politburo, the Party Central Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education and the Plan 58 of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security.

The event also aimed to raise awareness about the content, value and great significance of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style on self-reliant will and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.
In his speech at the event, Colonel Dang Tuan Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Telecommunications and Ciphers, emphasized that studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style about self-reliant will and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country should be associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Party Central Committee meeting (term 12), and the movement of People’s Police studying and implementing the 6 things Uncle Ho taught.
At the conference, all Party officials and members of the Department of Telecommunications and Ciphers listened to Prof. Hoang Chi Bao, Senior Expert and former member of the Central Theoretical Council, to thoroughly grasp the main contents of the whole course./.
