On March 2, the Vinh Phuc Journalists Association held an award ceremony for a press contest with the theme “Uncle Ho and Vinh Phuc” and launched a press contest “Vinh Phuc joins forces to build a new style rural area”.

5 months after launching, the press contest "Uncle Ho and Vinh Phuc" received more than 100 works in 5 types: print press, electronic newspaper, press photo, television press, and radio press.
The contest jury selected 28 best works to award, including 3 A prizes, 7 B prizes, 8 C prizes and 10 consolation prizes.
The entries all closely followed the theme and content of the contest, reviewing the memories of Uncle Ho’s visits to Vinh Phuc and the localities such as: Lai Son, Tan Phong, Vinh Yen and Phuc Yen.
Many works commend typical collectives and individuals following Uncle Ho’s teachings, reflecting the achievements of Vinh Phuc throughout 60 years of implementing Uncle Ho’s advice after he visited the province on March 2, 1963.
On this occasion, Vinh Phuc commended the authors whose works entered the final round of the 7th National Press Awards on Party Building, the Bua Liem Vang (Golden Hammer and Sickle) Awards 2022.
On this occasion, the Vinh Phuc Journalists Association launched a press contest with the theme “Vinh Phuc joins forces to build a new countryside”. Press works must be published from January 1, 2023 to the end of December 1, 2023 on central and local mass media, licensed for publication by the Ministry of Information and Communications./.
