The conference is a major political activity of Tuyen Quang, taking place in the form of face-to-face and online connection with 22,288 participants.

The conference heard Professor, Dr. Hoang Chi Bao, senior expert and former member of the Central Theory Council, conveying the topic about Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, style and viewpoints, and policies of the Party on cadres and building cadres.

In addition, they listened to the leaders of the Tuyen Quang Party Committee’s Commission of Organization conveying the content about building a contingent of qualified, capable and reputable cadres, fulfilling the aspiration to build Tuyen Quang into a fairly, comprehensively and sustainably developed province in the northern mountainous region.

By 2025, the province strives to have 100% of district Party Committee Secretaries not being local people; 100% of commune-level cadres and civil servants with intermediate or higher professional qualifications; 100% of civil servants trained in State management knowledge; and 100% of civil servants engaged in consulting, research and work at provincial and district levels with university degrees or higher.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Chau Van Lam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province, suggested continuing extensive, regular, continuous and systematic popularization of the core content about Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in association with the 2023 topic about building a contingent of qualified, capable and reputable cadres.

He asked cadres and party members of the province to further promote political and ideological education, raise the sense of responsibility, especially the leaders who set an example in performing their responsibilities, tasks and serving the people./.
