According to a plan issued by the northern Thai Binh provincial Party Committee, diverse cultural activities to celebrate the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's Birth (May 19th) will take place in localities in the province.

Activities will help cadres, party members and people better understand his life, career, ideology, morality, lifestyle and merits of President Ho Chi Minh for the revolutionary career of Vietnam in general and Thai Binh provincial Party Committee in particular.
This will contribute to building the revolutionary spirit and belief of the people with the leadership of the Party and the State; creating a lively emulation spirit in the whole Party and society, contributing to the successful implementation of the political duties of the province, localities and units, welcoming the party congress at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress.
At the same time, it is also aimed to evaluate the results of the four-year implementation of the Politburo's Directive 05-CT/TW on promoting the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and lifestyle.
Activities will be broadcast on mass media to praise the Party, the President, and the homeland. In addition, documentaries on the President’s life and career will be screened. Cultural and arts programme will praise the Party and the President in association with activities to mark the 45th anniversary of southern liberation and national reunification (April 30th).
Exhibitions of photos and documents related to Uncle Ho will be held at cultural centers, relics sites and the President Memorials. On this occasion, the sacred images and memorabilia of beloved Uncle Ho during five visits to Thai Binh province and local socio-economic development achievements will also be exhibited.
A conference to review four-year implementation of Politburo's Directive 05, an awarding ceremony of the contest on studying Uncle Ho and Thai Binh province, and incense offerings to the President will also be held./.
