The Directive 05-CT/TW on “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle” is promulgated by the Politburo, affirming that the “Continued acceleration of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and lifestyle” is an important content of the Party building and rectification, which will make contributions to building a politically, ideologically, organizationally, morally pure and strong Party; building qualified and moral cadre staff, preventing and pushing back degradation in political ideology, morality and lifestyle, preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, bureaucracy, “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party.

During the past 5 years, the Nam Can district Party Committee has seriously conducted the study and thoroughly grasped Directive 05. Deputy Head of Nam Can district Party Committee Commission of Popularization and Education Mai Tien Thanh said: “The district Party Committee focused on deploying the study and thoroughly grasping Directive 05 methodically; directing to insert the Directive into the training program. Accordingly, 10 refresher courses for nearly 1,000 key officials were organized. In addition, the staff and Party members were introduced the Directive by Prof.Dr. Hoang Chi Bao in November, 2016”.

The popularization work is strictly directed by the Executive Party Committee in various forms. The Party cells, especially the communal and town party, and a staff of speakers and propagandists frequently popularize among cadres, Party members and the grassroots in deploying Directive 05 which is associated with the patriotic emulation movement, the movement in the people and political tasks of the local unit.

The Nam Can district Party Committee said in order to replicate the typical examples of following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example, the localities and units should focus on popularization work and building typical models which are pervasive and unshakeable. In particular, the heads of all levels should raise the responsibility in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle, while seriously reminding and criticizing local units not promoting the role, model and new methods. So that, the localities and units will continue to build and replicate the typical examples following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks./.
