Introducing the work ““Increasing revolutionary morality and sweeping away individualism”, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anh said that the work had been posted on Nhan dan (People) newspaper on February 3 rd , 1969. The work mentions 2 big issues – revolutionary morality and individualism – 2 issues affecting the vitality of the Party and revolutionary process. Uncle Ho highlighted the strengths of cadres and Party members, clarified their weaknesses and the danger of individualism, and also worked out measures to overcome the bad influence of individualism and increase revolutionary morality.

The meeting also helped cadres, Party members, officers, members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and members from political and social organizations to have deeper awareness of the basic contents, values and main ideology of the two works.

Addressing the meeting, Tat Thanh Cang, Party Central Committee member and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh city Party Committee, urged the cadres and Party members to combine the implementation of the 4 th Party Central Committee (term XII) meeting resolution on Party building and rectification with the implementation of the Politburo (term XII) resolution 05 on studying and following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and style./.
