The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has organized a ceremony to launch a movement of creation and promotion of works about studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, ethics and style, at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music.
Accordingly, each unit must to have at least three new works, reflecting the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics and style" in the fields of music, dance, stage, film and fine arts.
The deadline for submissions is April 20 th , 2017. The closing and awarding ceremony is scheduled for mid-May 2017.
The organizing committee has mobilized all officials, civil servants, employees, youth union members, youth, pupils and students from nine agencies and units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism located in Ho Chi Minh City, including Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture, Ho Chi Minh City University of Sports, Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, Ho Chi Minh City University of Stage and Cinema, Giai Phong Film Joint Stock Company, Vocational Ballet School of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Centre for Film Research and Archives, and the Film Culture House in Ho Chi Minh City.
The new works will be conveyed and promoted to the public of the city through performances at dormitories, export processing zones, industrial zones, agencies and units and armed forces in the city./.
