The congress, organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, will be attended by 401 delegates, who have gained excellent achievements in study and work, from 63 provinces and cities around the country.

The congress aims to discover and commend outstanding young individuals in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style for the 2018-2020 period; promote patriotic emulation movements among the youth; and celebrate Party Congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress.

During the congress, delegates will pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum; visit typical works, offer incense at some historical and cultural relics; participate in social security activities, and attend a ceremony to honor outstanding young individuals following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings, which will take place in Nghe An province’s Vinh city./.
