A delegation of the Inspectorate under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) held a ceremony to offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the K9 historical relic site in Da Chong, Ba Vi, Hanoi on February 25.

The delegation was led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Diep, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, the delegation offered incense and flowers, expressing their respect and deep gratitude to the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Party and State, the Vietnamese people, and reported to Uncle Ho the achievements of their unit.
