Hanoi's students pays tribute to Uncle Ho

These are the most outstanding examples, selected from more than 2.3 million students from schools in Hanoi.

Reporting to Uncle Ho's spirit about the achievements that teachers and students of the city education and training sector made in the 2023-2024 school year, on behalf of the delegation, Ms. Tran Luu Hoa, Deputy Director of the city Department of Education and Training, highlighted the study results of students.

Accordingly, Hanoi’s comprehensive education quality improved, the rate of high school graduates reached 99.56%, an increase of 11 levels compared to 2023. Students in the capital continue to affirm their leading position nationwide in national and international excellent student exams.

Specifically, in the national excellent student contest, students won 187 prizes including 16 first prizes, 61 second prizes, 55 third prizes and 55 consolation prizes, an increase of 46 prizes compared to the previous school year. Notably, city students won two first prizes and one third prize at the national scientific and technical research competition.

In international competitions, the city’s high school students won 10 medals, including three silver medals and seven bronze medals. Hanoi has 3 students selected for the national team to compete in the international Olympics. In particular, in the 2023-2024 school year, Hanoi saw 136 12th grade students honored to be admitted to the Party./.
