At the conference, delegates heard from Comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the provincial Party Committee's Commission of Popularization and Education, informing about the world, regional and internal situation in the province and the results of foreign affairs work of the Party and the State; as well as core contents of our Party and State's foreign policies and guidelines in the coming time.

The conference also heard Prof. Dr. Hoang Chi Bao, former member of the Central Theoretical Council, present the topic of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on taking care of people's lives.

With touching and authentic stories, he conveyed some basic contents about the life and lifelong career of sacrificing and striving for communist ideals, for the Vietnamese revolution, for the country and people of President Ho Chi Minh; about the style, actions and behavior of President Ho Chi Minh with the people throughout his revolutionary life.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong, Member of the Party Committee’s Standing Board and Secretary of Chi Linh City Party Committee requested the political system and all party members in the entire Party to absorb the content and knowledge communicated at the conference.

He asked to continue to closely combine studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in association with implementing resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and tasks of agencies and units./.
