The delegation of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Commission of Foreign Affairs on November 25 respectfully offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the K9 Relic Area in Da Chong, Ba Vi district, Hanoi.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation expressed their sincere respect and deep gratitude to the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, who devoted his life to the cause of national liberation and the struggle for peace and happiness of Vietnamese people and people around the world.
Before Uncle Ho’s heroic spirit, delegates vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, morality and style; always unite, overcome all difficulties and successfully complete assigned political tasks.
They also promised to actively and effectively implement the goals set by the 13th National Party Congress; build a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese diplomacy with three pillars being Party diplomacy, State diplomacy and people-to-people diplomacy; closely connect foreign affairs with defense, security, economy and culture; and continue to promote the Politburo’s external information work to improve the quality and effectiveness of foreign information work in the new situation.
After the incense offering ceremony, the delegation organized a study session on “President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style”, visited and listened to an introduction to the history of the K9 Relic Area./.
