A delegation of outstanding commune and town police and forces protecting security and order at the grassroots level led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Head of the Department of Party and Political Affairs, laid a wreath, paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum and visited the Presidential Palace on January 18.
The event was held on the occasion of the Ministry of Public Security organized a meeting with outstanding commune and town police and forces protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
