The Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee has just issued a plan to organize the 8th National Congress of Advanced Youngsters following Uncle’s Teachings in 2025.

The event is expected to be attended by 500 advanced youngsters nationwide.

The congress is a practical activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and continue to implement Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo term XII on promoting studying and following of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style among cadres, union members and Vietnamese youth.

The event an opportunity to discover and honor outstanding individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in 2023 - 2025.

Participants at the congress are officials, youth union members and young people with outstanding achievements at works, inventions and initiatives; as well as the most typical young representatives from localities and units in 2023-2025.

They are also typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; and those who have good prestige and influence among youth union members and young people./.
